DON’T BE SCAMMED!
There are numerous “phishing” scams currently in use to obtain your personal account information. If you receive a phone call from a person, or an automated phone inquiry, requesting personal information on your account, BEWARE! Employees of the credit union, as well as our card service vendors, will NEVER ask you account number or PIN number information about your cards or personal information about you. This information is already on file. Anyone calling and requesting it, is most certainly someone that you do not want to have it.
The credit union card services vendor may contact you to request information about a transaction you have made to determine if it is a valid transaction and if you have possession of your card. That is the extent of our inquiries.
